Our bilingual (Mandarin, Cantonese, Chowchuo, Taisan, Vietnamese, Lao, & Thai) staff is here
to assist clients with anything needed. This program provides services to immigrants and
refugees. Such services include employment, medical assistance, utilities and energy
assistance, immigration, social welfare, SSI, and housing assistance.
