The Indochinese Chinese Refugee Association (ICRA) is a community based, non-profit, social
service organization founded in 1979 that provides assistance to new refugees and immigrants,
especially the elderly and the children. Our clients are primarily immigrants of Chinese ethnicity who
come from Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia as well as China and Taiwan. We assist this populations
in assimilation into mainstream American society while at the same time providing opportunities to
maintain their culture.

  Seattle, WA 98122
The space includes seven new classrooms, a multi-purpose room, an upper level yet to have
spacing plans for, and activities center.
